Our standard opening hours are 08:00–23:00. Pickup is organised in 30-minute slots; different arrangements can be discussed by phone.

Can I request a guide?
Yes. A guide can be requested for every featured tour. The price is calculated from the route and the participants and is shown during booking.
What happens if I am late?
The planned end of a tour does not change because of late arrival. Extensions are only possible by prior individual agreement.
Can I carry a passenger?
Yes, where the selected vehicle and your licence allow it. The key details are always listed on the vehicle page.
