Renter declaration

The renter declares that they hold a valid driving licence for the selected vehicle and are fit to use it.

The renter understands that the vehicle must be used in accordance with traffic rules, operating guidance and the conditions explained at handover.

Collection and return

At collection we record the vehicle condition, accessories and known damage. We check the same details together at return.

Printable template

The detailed, fillable working template is part of the handover process. The final document will be signed after legal review together with the concrete booking details.
